I’m all about helping organisations build capability and create momentum. I love working alongside leaders and teams to get to the root of what’s going on, figure out what’s getting in the way, and then shape practical, people-led solutions that make a real difference.
For the past 15 years, I’ve worked as a contractor and consultant across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout my career, I’ve held senior roles in organisational and learning development, worked as an in-house trainer, and taken on leadership and operational roles.
While my experience spans a broad range of contexts, I’ve found that the core challenges organisations face are often surprisingly similar. That insight has shaped my approach, which is about keeping things clear, grounded, and focused on what genuinely delivers value. If it doesn’t improve how things work for your people, it’s not on the table.
