With over 25 years of experience in the people space, I’ve built deep expertise in capability development. I started out in frontline training and HR-based learning and development roles, and progressed through to leading organisational capability teams and providing consulting advice and support.
I love bringing direction and definition to a project and translating strategy into practical solutions that help people find their wings and thrive. Whether it’s shaping leadership pathways, designing capability frameworks, or bringing structure to complex culture challenges, I focus on what works, day to day and long term for the people who will be using it.
